At Maxima Boilers, we specialize in creating efficient solutions for our clients.  From initial planning to final installation and commissioning, our team works closely with customers to produce a boiler run plant customized to suit the client’s needs. Our team assist in the specification and design of a complete turnkey project, right from design, manufacture, installation, commissioning until operation.

Design: we develop modified boiler design according to requirements, prepare layouts of ducting, piping, electrical circuit, etc. we design plant chimneys and have supplied chimneys of up to height.

Accessories: We supply pipes valves, fabrication ducting material, chimney, refractory, storage tanks, and heatrecovery units to the plant from various manufacturers.

Approval: We ensure that all our drawings are IBR approved, receive approval during various stages of boiler production, and obtain open inspection of IB authorities to ensure that the quality of the project is not affected at any stage. We also conduct other liaison activities such as getting license?

Installation: We assist in installation of boilers, chimneys, tanks, refractory, pipes and supports. We provide ash handling systems for the plant such as screw type, chain type or submerged type systems.
